This excerpt is from the New Sahaj Marg Bible, called Whispers from the Brighter World, which are allegedly from Babuji's spirit which now dwells in their Brighter World (heaven?). As must be noticed, Babuji is not in the un-reachable "central region", and still has an "identity" and a "personality" (Special??), and is allegedly still communicating with a lowly "Medium", and not with the President of SRCM (California-1997), or his Masterly "spiritual representative", unless the MEDIUM is considered so. Babuji is only one of the spirits that this anonymous French Medium is channeling.
The others include Lalaji, Chari's mother, Chari's wife, and other un-named "elevated souls", and some "beings of light". Add to that an entity called an "egregore" and you have the SPIRITUALISM that is now Sahaj Mart (tm) !! Oops ... that should be " Marg"! as in the "easy path"!! "Easy" and "Natural" apparently !!
As long as one does not have or does not want friends and a family to love! ... But don't worry, they will find you new friends, a new family, a wife/husband (no gays please), a pet, money, power, etc.. etc.. just like a snake-oil saleman of old, or a "Con-man" or an "opiate dealer" ...
And your "carbon footprint" and the planet? ... Businessmen and developers will care for the "environment"? Want to buy a Bridge?

A Prickly Story Of Sahaj Marg! by a "ROSE"!!
Beware of THE SCAM:
Here are some of the "come-ons" or "lures" used by the Pseudo-spiritual Cults of a PERSON:
"the Master just thought about you" ... "the Divine inspired me to contact you" ... "you are special" ... "you are chosen" ... "you are unique" ... "This is your one chance. There won't be another like our Master in 10,000 years" ... "you are chosen to save your people from ?? (hell, perdition, re-incarnation or cycle of birth/death, etc...) "... "our Master is a Special Personality" ... "our system is unique" ... etc., etc., etc.,
Here are a series of E-mails I received from ROSE (see blogs listed below for Rose's past testimonial and expose) some allegedly forwarded from the President of SRCM (California-1997), and some allegedly from Parthasarathi Rajagopalachari (aka Chari, the Master and President of SRCM (California-1997).
Could these "e-mails" be the work of "the anonymous MEDIUM" or some other volunteer "henchmen" using Chari's name and his e-mail address with the express duty of contacting those who have left the "flock" and enticing them back in by pretending to be CHARI? LYING? Are the Sahaj Mart (tm) volunteers being trained to LIE in the name of being on the path to the GREAT MORALITY? (Is this direct (or tele-) marketing??) Notice the "form letter" look of the e-mail. Or are these e-mails really from Chari himself (not his spirit)? Why now? Why Rose? Have all the others who have left Sahaj Marg also been contacted? Do you want to SHARE?

Ah! The Spiritualist Intrigue in the name of ONE or ONE-ness (UNITY)! Where is the respect of the "individual"? Arranging marriages from photos and deciding to allow one to meditate or not ... from a photo?
Could it be that the "someone" who is sending e-mails to Rose is not up to date. Even though another ( N.S. Nagaraja) has been appointed as the "zone-in-charge" for Europe, they are still sending a copy of Rose's e-mail to AK Bhatter (see below). This is the same AK Bhatter who was chosen by Chari (and allegedly Babuji from the "Brighter World") to be the successor of Chari. He has since resigned ( see here for the whole TRUE story ) ... (hmmm)

Babuji Maharaj always refused donations, he erased even the idea of the gift, but Chari began accepting more and more money because he was increasingly separated from Babuji. Why do the abhyasis accept Chari as master while it is the Sri Ram Chandra Mission, it is the work of Ram Chandra? Babuji asked him to manage the work of the mission's organization, to be a director, but why did he start saying "I am the Master", while we are nothing? I'm not a masochist, I could not imagine how you were able to be so delirious from almost nothing.
It makes me sad, I guess that Cyril is sad too. Perhaps I should not publish these extracts, given the use you make of them. But I feel it is my responsibility and I assume it.
In what I read, as in what I published, I only saw one thing. Sister Kasturi points to the egos of all these pretenders to the succession of Babuji. She recalls the message of Babuji who said that to make progress in spirituality, one should forget one's ego. Under these circumstances, how could these people be, even a little bit, the successors of the teachings of Babuji?
She never places herself as a contender, but instead as a simple disciple of Babuji, it is the only "function" she agrees to.
Finally, these texts are from conversations she had with some French abhyasis. She never planned to distribute them. Cyril has transcribed them for dissemination to the group only and has kindly sent them to me. I probably should not have distributed these extracts.

I have spoken to Kasturi and i did not felt comfort and warmth of an enlighten or even loving person when i was talking to her for more then half an hour... to be honest, i wanted to hangup within 10-15 mins itself, but still i wanted to get answers to my questions hence i tolerated her!!!
It was an absolute contrast when i was speaking with Manbhawati devi... she was much like a motherly figure and her each word was dipped in pure love.. i spoke to her for more then two hrs, she use to ask me to stop recording inbetween and told me many secrets about chari and his goon, but i found love and devotion in each word she spoke.
With Kasturi it was hate and negative feeling exactly same as what i felt with chari..
Just wanted to let people know, my experience with kasturi.

Come on, Pull yourself together. This too will pass. How is it that you exercise discretion when it comes to Chari and you lose all critical sense when we pronounce the name of Kasturi? You never seem to get rid of this you need to hang on something?
Of course she is "less evil" than Chari. It's against the SRCM of Chari that the Great War is declared. It is there that one finds the real contenders to succeed him, adding also Navneet who is trying to get back the cake through the courts.
The others, outside, are just outsiders. They have 1% of the market share of Sahaj Marg at best.
But ALL rewrite history to suit their sauce, criticize the others, and claim to be the only true guarantor of the legacy of Babuji.
Would Kasturi be right and all the others wrong?
Come on, let's be serious, and accept that we analyze Kasturi as all the others.

Dear Don,
Since the recent drama within the SRCM I have continued to follow some of the recent Blog activity. I am now so disturbed by what I see, I believe I can no longer watch. I am forced to ask many questions that can never be answered. Questions like:
- Why do so many choose to experience Truth through the words of another human being bold enough to claim to be enlightened, anointed, a Master or a Saint?
- How does one, inspired to pursue a spiritual path, begin with the assumption that they are not worthy of experiencing spiritual Truths directly?
- Why are the alleged spiritual “Truths” uttered by the “Enlightened Ones”, always impossible to substantiate and always seem to require that the disciple completely abdicate any responsibility for discrimination or verification via direct experience or research?
- Why do these “Truths” always seem to conveniently promote the “interests” of the “Enlightened Ones” espousing them?
I am sad. I am sad to see that even those disillusioned with the SRCM deception continue to believe unsubstantiated, invented and revised facts and history . I am sad to see yet another religion being created that puts the service of the religious organization above the individual’s spiritual journey.
Does it really matter whether Babuji was a “Special Personality” if the legacy he left behind is a hand-full of bickering disciples who revise history to defend their authority? Are there any Saints, Gurus, Presidents or Guides living today in the SRCM legacy who teach that we all are divine and capable of experiencing spiritual Truths directly? I see self-serving and false humility masquerading as “Service to the Master/Mission”. I see facts created out of thin air or channeled from an unseen world that can only be taken on faith. I see demands for unquestioning trust and obedience in a single spiritual authority.
There was a time when I desired to pursue the Truth of SRCM - to discover what Lalaji really represented and how that translated to SRCM. In this pursuit I met one of Lalaji’s last living, direct disciples many years ago. He remains alive today. He gave me some hope that at least Lalaji’s legacy came from a place of integrity. Now that every faction of SRCM has conceded that SRCM does not come from Lalaji, dare I say there is no value in pursing the matter any further. Such a pursuit only serves to satisfy the curiosity of the onlookers of a train wreck.
There are a few things, however that I have come to know to be Truth:
1. The effectiveness of a meditation practice is NOT what is experienced during meditation, but is in fact the behavior of practitioners when they are NOT meditating.
2. We are all on an Infinite Journey and there is no goal reached that completes that Journey. The Infinite Journey itself IS the Goal.
3. The only Faith required on our Infinite Journey is the Faith in the fact that we are already enlightened.
While we’re on the subject of truth, I would like to set straight some erroneous statements being made about me:
With this said, I think I have seen enough and will go back to ignoring the drama and getting back to what really matters in my life.

Lalaji and Babuji
According to Sister Kasturi, Lalaji prayed for seven months to request a " special personality". Then he (Lalaji) had the vision of a child of six days old in Shahjahanpur and told himself that if this child was able to absorb the transmission of power then it is because he is from the Ultimate. He immersed himself in Babuji and, from there, he (Lalaji) began living in him (the child) for his protection.
Lalaji, this great Muslim (Sufi) saint, came into this world to give us Babuji, a "special personality", and that's why we love Lalaji.
Today the body of Babuji is gone, but the special personality is still there, because his work is not finished. He will become silent when the work is completed. "Babuji continues his work, his power is active. He is the master of these times. " There can not be a successor to a special personality, because it comes from the Centre. "Very soon he (Chari) will be forfeited, and the truth will break out, Babuji is at work! "

Lalaji was born February 2, 1873.
At 18, in 1891, he began his work for the civil service ... He meets his Sufi Master (Huzur) at "18 years old" (1891).
Five years later, at age 23, Lalaji is initiated (the "bay't" Sufi ceremony) into the Naqshbandiya Sufi Group of Huzur, on January 23, 1896, at 5 PM.
Lalaji completed his Sufi "training" on October 11, 1896, nine months later.

Babuji was born: April 30, 1899. He met Lalaji a couple of times before the death of Lalaji in 1931.
So Lalaji is only a member of the Naqshbandiya Sufi group for 3 years, and already he prays for a "Special Personality"?
This "special personality", it is for his Sufi group (Naqshbandiya), or to start a "new group"? The Sahaj Marg that Babuji invented in 1945, 14 years after the death of Lalaji?

What I understood from what Kasturi said, is that Lalaji played a role in the arrival on earth of Babuji as the "special personality". Lalaji is a precursor, but he did not invent the Sahaj Marg and is not part of the Mission. She describes him as "a great Muslim saint" .

I agree with Don. Lalaji was only 26 when he (allegedly) prayed for a special personality, it is only 8 years since he met Huzur, and barely three years since he was initiated ... Even better, he immersed himself inside a child who is only 6 days old! Hard to believe that a young fellow who's master has not yet appointed to succeed him, would take the responsibility of praying for the coming of a "special personality" and then to plunge into a baby, while that meditation is prohibited before 18 years of age ...
Kasturi... the revisionist
From what I understand in what you bring, Kasturi is rewriting the history by deifying Babuji. "Special Personality", it means everything and specially, it means nothing particular. Lalaji asks the heavens (the central region, the divine or whatever you want to call it) that it send it's representative on earth. It is heard beyond his dreams since arrives the Bab (Babuji) who fills all his requirements and more, because even after his death, he continues the job!
The similarity of the analogy with the Catholic religion is striking, even for an unbeliever. I seem to see Saint John the Baptist in Lalaji, announcing the coming of the Savior, Jesus Babuji.
Otherwise, there is a continuity of discourse on Lalaji by Kasturi, he is behind the coming of the Great Bab, but he is a Muslim, and Bab surpassed Sufism completely by creating the Sahaj Marg, THE ONLY new doctrine of value, and which buries all the others. Lalaji therefore has a marginal role in the Sahaj Marg and he is not a Master as there is uniquely only one, and there never will be a another, Great Bab.
It is true that it is difficult to succeed a God, then Babuji did not replace Lalaji, and Chari obviously can not succeed Babuji.
Kasturi... the medium
"Very soon he [Chari] will be forfeited, and the truth will break out, Babuji is at work!" Here, it becomes gigantic. After the French medium of Chari who announces that Ajay Bhatter will revert to being simply an abhyasi, here is Kasturi, the medium who tells us that the truth will break out SOON and that Chari will be forfeited.
The version of the history of Sahaj Marg according to Kasturi is that Babuji is the only divine representative on earth and beyond. Her focus on the personality eventually becomes as monstrous as all the "over the edge" of Chari. She has deified Babuji, the Sahaj Marg is summed up in one word, Babuji.

I find you very hard with Sister Kasturi. She perhaps reinterprets a few things her way because of her great devotion to Babuji, but also she is the most honest of them all and probably the only one truly engaged in a spiritual quest without afterthoughts.
No Alexis, I am not the 'voice of Sister Kasturi ". I only summarize very briefly a small part of the exchange she had with the French disciples. Cyrille and his group will soon publish their exchange with her, they are her true representatives if at all. I'm just attracted by her spiritual dimension, she is the only one who seems serious in all the trash from the Sahaj Marg.

Lalaji and Babuji
According to Sister Kasturi, Lalaji prayed for seven months to request a " special personality". Then he (Lalaji) had the vision of a child of six days old in Shahjahanpur and told himself that if this child was able to absorb the transmission of power then it is because he is from the Ultimate. Babuji was born: April 30, 1899. He met Lalaji a couple of times before the death of Lalaji in 1931.

I agree with Don. Lalaji was only 26 when he (allegedly) prayed for a special personality, it is only 8 years since he met Huzur, and barely three years since he was initiated ... Even better, he immersed himself inside a child who is only 6 days old! Hard to believe that a young fellow who's master has not yet appointed to succeed him, would take the responsibility of praying for the coming of a "special personality" and then to plunge into a baby, while that meditation is prohibited before 18 years of age ...

From what I understand in what you bring, Kasturi is rewriting the history by deifying Babuji. "Special Personality", it means everything and specially, it means nothing particular. Lalaji asks the heavens (the central region, the divine or whatever you want to call it) that it send it's representative on earth. It is heard beyond his dreams since arrives the Bab (Babuji) who fills all his requirements and more, because even after his death, he continues the job!
The similarity of the analogy with the Catholic religion is striking, even for an unbeliever. I seem to see Saint John the Baptist in Lalaji, announcing the coming of the Savior, Jesus Babuji.
Otherwise, there is a continuity of discourse on Lalaji by Kasturi, he is behind the coming of the Great Bab, but he is a Muslim, and Bab surpassed Sufism completely by creating the Sahaj Marg, THE ONLY new doctrine of value, and which buries all the others. I find you very hard with Sister Kasturi. She perhaps reinterprets a few things her way because of her great devotion to Babuji, but also she is the most honest of them all and probably the only one truly engaged in a spiritual quest without afterthoughts.
No Alexis, I am not the 'voice of Sister Kasturi ". I only summarize very briefly a small part of the exchange she had with the French disciples. Cyrille and his group will soon publish their exchange with her, they are her true representatives if at all.
