And here I thought that "Spiritual Capitalism" had died with the Holy Roman Catholic Church (the Vatican), and "His Holiness", Pope Leo X, (1475-1521 ACE), of the Italian Medici Family, the last non-priest to be elected (or who "bought" the Papacy) as Pope.
Unable to get himself elected Pope, even with the support of the powerful Charles V, Emperor of the Holy Roman Empire, King of Italy, and Spain, his cousin Giulio di Medici, first supported Adrian VI, a Dutch who was a "compromise", and was not even present at the meeting, and who as the last non-Italian pope in 456 years, then died eighteen (18) months later at 64 (intrigue?), thus Giulio di Medici, aka Clement Vll, a Medici, and an Italian, became the Pope. He was a priest at least. A real priest? we don't know! (see photos on Wikipedia and see their "aura").
At this time, the Muslims (Turks) were invading Eastern Europe and from Belgrade, were threatening Hungary.
The religious wars, the corruption, nepotism and selling of "indulgences" precipitated the Protestant Reformation (1517 ACE), and some major violent conflicts such as the sacking of Rome by the protestants, and eventually, the schisms in "Holy Mother the Church". Of the two principal reformers, John Calvin, was French. Martin Luther was German. And of course, Henry Vlll of the English Reformation, was English.
Spiritual Capitalism and/or its mirror images, Capitalist Spiritualism, or Corporate Spiritualism, etc... etc... is alive and well in the neo-con movement of right-wing religious America, as well as in India.
That wealthy capitalists want to help the poor, or their workers, and offset the cost from their Public Relations, personnel training, and/or advertising budgets, is a good thing. Who else has the pools of money that are needed to address some of the many societal stressors and in-equalities beside the state, and the marketplace. And it can be seen as a way to "clean up the Corporation's image" and to offset some of the hidden societal costs of "doing business". Doing business, as we all know, creates many problems, some obvious, and some more hidden in TIME, or "down-the-road". Such problems as those of environment (green & social), health (physical and mental), security (internal), defense(external), social (poverty, infrastructure, human and labour rights, disasters, etc ... sometimes only appear much later, when the corporation is gone, or has changed hands or name, a common tactic so to avoid paying all the costs of doing business.)
But when Spiritual Capitalism becomes in reality "Capitalist (the Market) Spirituality" or "Socialist (the State) Spirituality" (or spiritualism) then it becomes problematic for the citizenry. We, in the west at least, can see and know the problems with "theocracies" and "divine rights of kings". When the State and Religion are one, or are "bed-fellows", then there is a loss of the balance of power between the various "estates". Religion/spirituality/spiritualism is often used to foment intolerance and/or the expansion of the religion and/or the state, to the point of societal divisions and even war. That is specifically what some Religion/spirituality claim not to do.
In Capitalist Spirituality in its many forms, if a wealthy capitalist can buy or build a church, mosque, temple, Ashram, and then be rewarded for his/her donation, by being named priest, bishop, preceptor or prefect, then that stops being "SPIRIT-uality" and it becomes "Materialism" or simply Capitalism, and the focus on Spirit becomes non-existant or diminished. It is then simply "trade" or "commerce". ... What is next? The wealthy and the powerful buying the position of POPE or MASTER, as in the 14th century ACE? Let us REFORM now, before the problem becomes a nightmare!! Not all religions are peaceful.
With a religiously obedient marketplace, where is the competition? GONE! The threat to "industrial capitalism" is from "cartel capitalism", and Capitalist or Corporate Spiritualism is one step in that slippery direction. Then we could have the capitalists using the tax-exempt status of, and incentives meant for, the "non-profit" and "charitable" sectors to further the (self-professed greedy or profit-eering) corporate agenda, selling or promoting itself as "spirituality" and yelling "religious persecution" if anyone tries to promote REFORM, and/or attempt to correct or prevent that actual or potential abuse.
We may, as a society, have to re-evaluate, and maybe even eliminate the "tax exempt" status to Charities or specifically to "religious charities", if the Capitalists mis-use these incentives to expand their commercial products or to clean their image in domestic or foreign markets around the world, and expect the tax-payers in those markets to subsidize their commercial ventures, using the percs and privileges of "freedom of religion" and/or the spirit-uality of charity ...
For example, many "retreats" at ranches and in castles so as to "take a break from making money", really smack of "recreational", not religious or spiritual activities. One's therapist and psychologist pays taxes on his "self-help" and/or group sessions. One, specially the wealthy, and the well-to-do, should pay for those recreational services from their advertising and public relations budgets also, and not "retreat" on the tax-payers' backs. That includes, no taxpayer support or subsidies to build and then travel to, and use these recreational facilities and services. (see legal advice to city of Armadale, Autralia)
Here is the way it works and how it's presented in the Newsletter of the SRCM(California-1997), where GURU Chari, Ex-CEO of TTK Group, one of the largest consortium(s) in India, seems to hand out Spiritual "titles" to some wealthy donors. It looks like selling or trading membership to the "inner circle" in a very non-democratic and autocratic religious and SPIRITUALIST organization that controls from India, the charity dollars from every country (92) they are in. (Mafiosi Don Corleoni (Don Chari?) or many worldly "emperors" never had so overtly "material" and un-spiritual power.
P.S. Which spiritual person designed the "battleship"? Was it designed according to the suggested Sahaj Marg(tm) fiat to think "with the heart"?? Will it inspire "spirituality"?? Is it in "harmony" with the DIVINE plan? Which war will your metaphoric "battleship" wage? ;-)) Battlestar Galactica?? ;-))
In their Newsletter, Echoes India (Sept., 2010 edition, Volume 3, Issue 5) the article titled: Natrampalli, Tamilnadu, (last article in the Newsletter) begins:
The ashram at Natrampalli was gifted to the Mission in October, 2004, by Shri Om Prakash, who later became an abhyasi and a prefect too. Natrampalli serves as an ideal stopover for Master on his frequent travel by road between Chennai and Bangalore. It is located in an idyllic environment in the midst of a village surrounded by hills in the Yelagiri hills just 20 kilometers away.
The original site of one acre of land is long and narrow and the ashram building built on it lengthwise looks like a battleship from a distance. (see photo here) The ashram is perhaps one of the few that have been donated to our Mission in a built-up and ready-to-use condition. It was built in several spurts by the generous donor, as and when financial resources became available for expansion, and the built-up capacity is significant for an ashram of this size. Even at the time when it was donated, it already housed a hall that could be used for meditation for 2,000 abhyasis, dormitory for about 500 with adequate facilities for kitchen and dining. A couple of small buildings have been converted to become Master's cottage and library.
The Master and self-titled and self-appointed, un-elected (rubber-stamped) president, gets another of his many such "cottages" (luxury, material?) around the world.
Which products are sold by the directors or "trustees" of Sahaj Marg Spirituality Foundation? Blue Jeans, pharmaceuticals, IT and various technology services and products, hotels, restaurants, travel, real estate development, promotion of commercial products and services, etc... etc...
Soon will come the "succession" STRESS as the Master goes to their "Brighter World" (dies)! Will we witness nepotism and sexism in the non-profit sector, member of UNDPI which are all supposed to be "democratic". Or will we see a "DYNASTY" and the stated "DICTATORSHIP". (see original SRCM constitution (see last section re-"dictatorship")
Who will up-hold the " the cause and the standards of Spiritualism" mentionned in the Constitution and "Bye"-Laws of SRCM (California-1997) (See page 14, section 11)

From our experience as the bloggers who were branded as the "enemies of Spirituality", by the self-titled "representative of GOD", Chari, "persuations" (above), get interpreted as "threats" by the obedient lunatic fringe of the "cult of a personality", who want to be noticed and recognized as "good disciples" by their all-powerful Master. Organized crime and other fundamentalist religions use the same "modus operandi" (method of operating), or work the same way. We all know of Salman Rushdie and the "fatois" system.

All Are Guilty!
Chari is primarily responsible for the excesses of his movement. But showing his followers as victims and the guru as solely responsible would be somewhat simplistic. The abhyasis bear a heavy share of the responsibility in changing the behavior of their guru. Chari has not fashioned himself, his followers have contributed to his construction (formation). Today he is the result of a clever alchemy (chemistry?) between him and them, that results in the distorted (deformed) picture of their behavior and their expectations of him.
Agreed that Chari claimed the role of Babuji's spiritual representative at the death of the latter in 1983, and the presidency of the Shri Ram Chandra Mission. But Chari did not become by himself the Great Guru of Sahaj Marg, and the Lord Almighty to his obedient and servile followers, the equal of God. No!
No, Chari did not form himself alone. He also found people ready to call him Master with a great and beautiful CAPITAL, devotees to worship at his feet and erect him into the living God. Otherwise, he probably would never have dared to tell them to obey and serve him as he does so openly and directly today ...
It is his supporters who crowd around to see, touch and beg for a word from him. It is his followers who entrust with him all their most intimate problems, family and social, and ask him what to do. It is his followers who blindly obey him, to be under his thumb, even in their choice of a spouse ...
Without them, none of this would have been possible!
Already in 1983, Chari was power-hungry, but it was nothing compared to the autocratic Guru he has become in 2010. And this was made possible through the support of his followers, their idolatry and the sacrifice of their freedom. (see photos)
They forged the person that Chari has become! That is where he built his omnipotence ...
Mental manipulation has a strong back (broad shoulders). One does not manipulate well anyone but those who are willing to be manipulated! They needed a savior ...

25 April 2009 — Last year on this day, Swami Prakashanand Saraswati was cooling his heels in a prison in Alexandria, Virginia. Today he is obsessively compulsively flying back and forth from India to Austin; perhaps trying to shore up his life before he returns to jail — permanently.
Last year, on Thursday, April 24, 2008, after exiting an international flight at Washington Dulles International Airport, Prakashanand was taken into custody by U.S. Marshals from the Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force and arrested on 20 counts of indecency with a child. From that afternoon until Saturday afternoon, he was in the custody of law enforcement officers. If justice is served, he will spend the rest of his life in their company.

Here is the newest propaganda / bullying attempt by the European SRCM - unique possibility - yeah right, just like every other meet you're supposed to go to instead of spending the time with real loved ones.
It'll be interesting to see if the 2000 target get's met. The last target for the Europeans to meet in Vrads certainly wasn't.
BTW what's with all this He/Him/HIM capitalisation crap. It seems to be gaining momentum.

He also said that Master is expecting 2000 Europeans!
The online registration will be available in the next few days. It is important that everywhere all abhyasis realize this unique possibility to be with HIM......

Is this not embarrassing? Crass commercialism!! Keep the mesmerized sheep busy or they will wake up and run for FREEDOM. Oh well... the poor will not get any Christmas gifts this year!! The wealthy will have "sucked" (vampires?) all the dispose-able money again!!
Does it not sound like a "movie star" factory for teen idols? Who is their PR firm? HTC Global Services?
This "pseudo-spirituality", or more accurately: "fundamentalist spiritualism" is like having a license to print money ... Get out the "iconography" and the books. There'll be some "sales" in the old town tonight ... Another wave of "brainwashed zombies" are coming to town, thinking they're going to see god ... or his "CEO" !! (capitalization humour... god is not important...but CHARI is god.)

The Decline of SRCM (California-1997)

“(…) I have heard the reports. I am happy that the Mission is healthy, that two more ashrams are being added onto American soil. But you will bear with me if I say I am not impressed as far as the number of abhyasis are concerned, because over the years I seem to see a decline, rather than a growth. (…)”
That was the beginning of Chari's speech at the Chari Babuji Memorial Ashram, Manapakkam, for the Annual General Meeting of the SRCM U.S., in India, last August 16.
Chari heard the reports and congratulates himself for the financial health of the SRCM USA. He welcomed the acquisition of two new ashrams, properties that the SRCM just bought in New Jersey and California. But he deplores that the numbers and enthusiasm of his followers are declining, rather than progressing. The tone is moderate, he does not even have the strength to complain ...
Remember his vehemence in the past:
In 2003 : "(…) I really didn't expect to come back to the USA again, because I was pretty depressed about the general situation. Not of the economy, not of the politics, not of the country, you know, but of the abhyasis of the Mission. (…)I want to see an enormous audience of Americans here. I don't want to see less of Indians; I want to see more of Americans. More and more Indians, much more and more of Americans, and these halls should become too small for us." - Exerpts from "I only do My Work", Chari's speech in San Jose (CA, USA) 10/08/2003.
Sort of like your country, which has become too small for your population so you have to invade and migrate to other "lands" (Chamber of Commerce of India and their Diaspora) ... Have you and your "new religion" become a cancer?? Look at the example of China. Use your Yoga to control your "breeding", so as to attain "sustainable growth", and go home and do some community work, then meditate ... use your head!! Do you have to "develop" the whole of NATURE? Leave the rest of the world in peace!! We don't accept you, the materialists, spiritualists, businessmen, as "representing" ONE, what you call "God" which (not who) you claim to know is a "male" Person ...
Leave our "charity" dollars and tax incentives do the "charity work" it was meant to do ... "CHARITY FOR THE POOR"... not for wealthy businessmen to subsidize your "resorts and ranches" (SPUR ranch, Austin, Texas) so as to take a break from the "insistence of making money" (your (SRCM (California-1997) words) ... BE SPIRITUAL! NOW!!
In 2007 : " I remember with some regret that many years ago there were more than three thousand abhyasis in the U.S. We have actually slipped to about eleven hundred, I think, and we are now on a fresh wave of growth. And I am happy that Girish said we have about three thousand abhyasis back again on the slate. But that is where we were ten, twelve years ago, and now begins the growth, shall we say, wave." Today, the proselytizing of SRCM can barely offset the start-up costs.
Decline! Chari's health no longer allows him to travel, he does not have the strength to mobilize his troops nor the inclination to get angry. The numbers are falling, the enthusiasm is gone ...
Chari declines, the SRCM too!

Numbers dropping even while they (SRCM (California-1997) are purchasing new properties and building Ashrams in the US ... Does that tell you something? Who will pay the "mortgage"?
The conquering businessmen, using religion to invade our western "markets", are not getting their return on their investment yet. Who are they? Blue Jeans, pharmaceuticals, hotels, restaurants, travel, accomodations, real estate, ranches, etc....
Notice the distinction made (in 2003) by Chari, between Indian (Chari is Tamil ... are his followers also mostly Tamil?) and American abhyasis ... Even the Indian Diaspora, the Tamil Diaspora, and the many claiming refugee status, does not make their numbers climb? They must be losing a lot of Americans, as the number of Indian abhyasis rises. Do they count them? Are their numbers "real"?
Oh! And what about Canada, and their "boat-loads" of illegals claiming refugee status? That can never happen in the US of A, right? First they invade and attempt to conquer the commercial markets (material wealth) using the banner of "religion" and "spiritualism", they buy real-estate (housing) and benefit from our "charitable" tax-exempt status, then boat-loads of "members" just arrive!! Science/Spirituality Unites ... Religion/Spiritualism Divides!
... And a little bit of science, the REAL spice of life for intellectuals who use their "head" to think!
... and a REALITY check for the "faith-based" adherents (stuck, glued, etc.) to Spiritualism who are told by their "trusted authority" to use their "hearts" to think!!
Stillness is an illusion ... Motion is a REALITY ... Change is relative ... Inside the UNIVERSE (ONE - verse), all is in MOTION and all CHANGES ... there is no stillness, no vacuum, in REALITY!
Is it really a UNIVERSE or is it really a Multi-verse? Does the UNIVERSE move of itself, and inside itself ? Or does it move relative to other Universes? At least it seems to expand or inflate (like a balloon), even if there is only ONE UNIVERSE. Also, it seems to "gather together" (attract? using gravity (a force?) - all mass distorts the space around itself, and all mass, in reality, falls toward all mass, as per an inverse square law) at some levels, such as at the atomic, solar, and Galactic levels. As well, it seems to attract large parts of itself at the level of Groups of Galaxies, and/or Clusters of Groups of Galaxies, and all is moving towards the Great Attractor. Could the Great Attractor be a part or a segment of a 3d wall, film or membrane around a CENTRAL VOID? ...
This is the "void" in which some astronomers believe, no material UNIVERSE is created. But it is not really void of energy or "empty", but is a region of no interference. It is a central region, where the Energy (EM waves/photons, gravity waves, dark energy?, etc....) does not interfere (or deviate from straight) with itself, and/or create an interference pattern that would then materialize into a spherical 3d film or "membrane" around our "soap bubble" Universe.
We are all aware that if we give a number to the probability of a photon to go in a straight line, it would be "one" (1) for the only one path that is "straight" ... The probability pattern of the photon deviating from straight and interfering with another photon as it journeys at the speed of light in one direction (in 3d), creates a hemisphere of 360 degrees (minus one "straight" path) in the direction of the MOTION, leaving a hemispheric 360 degree probability pattern in its wake, in the direction away from the MOTION of the photon ... or where the photon was a milli-second ago. (this analogy is only in 1d - path of a photon) ... the Universe is at least 4d (3d of space and 1d of Motion measured as TIME) ... and probably more, but 4d has now received near-universal acceptance !!)
We and ALL the created universe exist because of a deviation from the straight MOTION of the energy of the original "stir", (Big) Bang, (or the collision of "branes" (membranes) of two Multi-verses), and the interference of the universally expanding energy with ITSELF! This "energy" could be called by the names of the four universally accepted forces of physics: electromagnetic (electricity and magnetism), weak, strong, gravity (attractive and repulsive), and/or we could include the new accelerating 5th force, "quintessence" (dark energy), or simply group them together (unify them) as MOTION.
Where there is no interference, there is no material creation ... hence the high energy, central void of our universe, surrounded by a lower energy 3d film where space expands, and draws the galaxies, Groups of Galaxies, and Clusters of galaxies along with it. These cosmic objects are now seen to be "accelerating" their expansion speed (dark or "unknown" energy?).

As one meditates, one enters the alleged "Stillness", an illusion that does not exist in reality but only in the MIND. Hence the Yoga of the MIND which is Raja Yoga, was created by Patanjali (2nd century BCE) in his attempt to "control the mind". The same focus on mind was prevalent in Greek philosophy for centuries where the sources of knowledge were called Mythos and Logos. Alexander the Great (356-323 BCE) who's mentor was the philosopher, Aristotle, died of malaria on his way back from invading India.
There is "Stillness" only in one's "imagination" ... In REALITY, there is MOTION everywhere including in the "meditator" and all around him/her ... Meditation is an "escapist" exercise one undertakes so as to escape from the MOTION (turmoil?) of everyday life in one's mind, and thus feel the self-created illusion of ONE-ness, and hence the narcissistic sensuality of "bliss". The co-dependent adept is then finally "able to rest and relax" or sleep or half-sleep ( what is called: "trance"), and eventually relate to, and be a part of the MOTION of LIFE and the ALL (creation) within its Universal abode ...
But in REALITY, the description of that experience (One-ness, bliss, etc.) will not be understood or accepted universally, and will cause schisms by various competing so-called "authorities", into "unique" and "exclusive" groups which describe a divided reality where no UNIVERSALITY exists ... This mis-understanding goes to the point of violence and war ... the history of RELIGION ! How many Gurus in India?? How many religions in the world?
Science, on the other hand, "unites", and constantly attempts to attain "universality" or concensus, while RELIGION divides into factions, all of which claim to adhere to the REAL REALITY ... and that includes so-called pseudo-SPIRITUAL groups, SPIRITUALIST groups, SPIRITIST groups, CULTS of Personalities, and other "faith-based " methods or systems.
True SPIRITUALITY or systems such as "raja yoga", which were created to assist one in reaching altered states of consciousness, do not need the faith-based or mystical "transmission" from a "special" and "unique" person, usually a man. Its adepts claim Spirituality to be a science and should "UNITE", but ... most groups who call themselves "spiritual", are really pseudo-spiritual and are really more spiritualist and/or cults of personalities. The systems are usually "too difficult" for the "modern man"... so they "modify" them and/or make them "SPIRITUALISM", through the "authority" of a "special" and/or usually "self-chosen" and self-appointed God-man!
In science, the scientist has to earn his cult status ... and that status only remains until the next rung of "progress" ... and the "NEW" theory!! True SPIRITUALITY or systems such as "raja yoga", which were created to assist one in reaching altered states of consciousness, do not need the faith-based or mystical "transmission" from a "special" and "unique" person, usually a man. Its adepts claim Spirituality to be a science and should "UNITE", but ... most groups who call themselves "spiritual", are really pseudo-spiritual and are really more spiritualist and/or cults of personalities. The systems are usually "too difficult" for the "modern man"... so they "modify" them and/or make them "SPIRITUALISM", through the "authority" of a "special" and/or usually "self-chosen" and self-appointed God-man!

Maybe because they (true seekers) thirst for Spirituality and they see that Sahaj Marg(tm) is really commercialized SPIRITUALISM and fantasy, (ghosts, spirits, beings of light, egregores, Mediums, etc... ), promoted by arrogant preceptors, many of whom are also adherents to, and promoters of various new-age therapies, and other commercial "products" which they sell to a captive, submissive and obedient abhyasi market. They imitate their opportunistic Master, and his inner circle of businessmen, nationalists, developers and wannabe Gurus.
Most true seekers want SPIRITUALITY in REALITY!! Not another alternate Marketplace!
Since Chari won't answer the concerns of this "seeker", then I will list why I will not belong to such a group:
1. Flawed Theology which has drifted into "idolatry" and spawned "false philosophy . God is not "male", and nature is not "female", to the exclusion of the other genders, as Chari (and you?) teaches the children; and "women can't be Masters in Sahaj Marg(tm) because they don't have the capacity for the "destruction" needed by a Master, is simply NOT TRUE!! We are speaking "SPIRITUALITY" here, there is no "heavy lifting" except for such false dogma, made up by "old men". That type of "sexism" is from male "out there" or "sky religions" (as opposed to "in here" or "nature religions" which the Sahaj Marg of Babuji, wanted to call itself: The Natural Path??) . That type of sexism, as well as the displayed "idolatry", and admitted arrogance and narcissism in Sahaj Marg, which was once accepted in the past, before the "communication revolution", is a visible sign that we are dealing with a very flawed (or "no philosophy" as Chari admits, and even boasts... Chari is a BSc...an engineer) philosophy and a corrupt and corrupting new religion.
Chari, and his priests (preceptors), always refers to the Divine, the ONE SPIRIT as "Him"... Sahaj Marg(tm) teaches and displays its "idolatry". (statues of Ganesh?, golden lion, busts and images of the Masters of Sahaj Marg, beings of light (light is matter), egregores ( made from the recepts(stimulus from the receptors, senses), percepts (analyses and assimilation of groups of recepts, producing "perceptions") and concepts (ideas), the units and/or "particles" of MIND), etc..etc ...
To worship MATTER (idols), ENERGY (light, sound, etc...) and/or MIND as having consciousness and/or having "infallible consciousness", is IDOLATRY! There are no "entities of SOUND, or "entities of "MOTION"... or conscious "beings of light" accessible by some and not by others (or by technology) !! I'm from Missouri or a "doubting Thomas" ... show me!! Smells like a nationalist, materialist and spiritualist "scam" to me ...
Don't kill your innocent mother because a "self-titled" guru said so, as Chari writes in his books (even as a "TEST") ... If you know of someone who will, call for some help ... Police or "mental health professionals" ... Let the guru offer himself to be slaughtered for no reason, for a test, if he so desires ... But don't let anyone use your mother, husband, child, neighbour, Anyone, that way.

2. SRCM (California-1997) Teaches Intolerance. Other religions, minorities (gays, lesbians and trans-genders) and other cultures (and even the ashrams of his own preceptors and the family of the founder of his organization), are continuously attacked by Chari. (I guess they don't tell the "flock" about their "sins" or their accumulating "samskaras"!!)
3. I don't pray for a "favourable egregore" and call it "spirituality".
4. I don't believe in, nor do I go to Mediums and/or attend their seances to contact the mythical "spirits" or "ghosts" of the dead, and then claim that these phantasms and/or spirits have given me a "message", as if it was REALITY ... I reject that spiritualist scam as a hoax and I call it: SPIRITUALISM ... not SPIRITUALITY. I don't adhere to the fantasy of spirits, ghosts, angels, demons, beings of light, beings of sound, beings of MOTION, or other "fairy tales, etc... etc...
5. I don't see "simplicity" at Sahaj Marg(tm) but I see the opulence of materialism, and all the pyramidal structures of POWER among the "inner circle" of businessmen, retired military, police, professionals, etc ...
I see a gang mentality and addicts to sensuality and power, who will go to any lengths to control and manipulate their fellow man/woman. I have watched over the years, as the philosophers, thinkers, etc... left SRCM (California-1997) in disgust, as mobs attacked the ashrams of the old preceptors who were loyal to Babuji, and his SRCM (Shahjahanpur-1945), and as spiritual preceptors were replaced by more ruthless and obedient "SPIRITUALIST" lackeys.
6. Truth and honesty seems to be sacrifed to opportunism at SRCM. The history of the origins of Sahaj Marg and the SRCM is full of un-truths and outright fabrications (Example: "Lalaji had no Master!" or "Lalaji invented Sahaj Marg", "Sahaj Marg is a modified Raja Yoga" (beginning at step #7, (of eight), etc. )
7. SRCM(California-1997) is sexist, nepotist, nationalist, materialist, spiritualist.
8. SRCM(California-1997) has become a marketing place for many questionable new-age therapies.

PR: Raja Yoga is not the yoga of the mind. Raja Yoga means it is the king among yogas, and the yoga of kings. It uses the mind, that's all. We also use the mind. How do we use the mind? We use it like a dog. When it barks, we say, "Shut up!" So we tell the mind: Quiet! Sheytan, keep quiet. Now I am here [heart]. It is like the sheikh, you know. He said, "Don't disturb me."

Anonymous mediums, messages from the spirits of the dead, and egregores, are not "the TRUTH" ...Spirituality or REALITY! It is a SCAM!!
But the rest of the abhyasis are supposed to think with their HEART, the Pump for Blood. The heart is not the seat of the soul, nor the seat of the emotions or an instrument (organ) for thinking ... it is a PUMP for Blood! That is the REALITY!!
The rest is "metaphor" and remnants of our cultural fantasies, superstitions and ignorant past. It sounds good in "poetry" but not as a spiritual path to seriously base one's life and/or "afterlife" upon ...

From The Constitution of SRCM (California-1997)
It is said by some (exorcists) who have experience in dealing with spirits and Spiritualism, that if one looks and listens real hard, the truth about who or what the channeled "spirits" are will appear and/or will be heard. And it is also stated that their (or the Medium's) intentions will become "revealed" as if by "revelation" ... Most religions warn their adherents against the use of spiritualism other than their own.
Spirituality is not Spiritualism. Spiritualism is a major part of most (but not all) RELIGIONS! It is the "opiate" that habit-uates the fantasy seekers, the disempowered searching for power, and it soon becomes the source of the manipulation, and hence of the Religious ABUSE!
These exerpts of sections and sub-sections are from the Constitution and Bye-Laws of the Shri Ram Chandra Mission registered by Chari in San Luis Obispo, California, USA, in 1997, after he was refused the Presidency of the SRCM (Shahjahanpur-1945) by it's Board of Directors (1983). The Letter of Succession presented by Chari to the Board of Directors is on line. Also available is a scan of Umesh's Letter of Succession. Umesh is the son of the founder of SRCM, Babuji, who allegedly died in 1995 of poisoning. He has been succeded as President of SRCM (Shahjahanpur-1945) by his son, Navneet Kumar Saxena. (there is a typed copy of both letters here).
The document is signed by Chari and his new officers.
(notice the mis-spelling of the word: "by-laws". "Bye" is used with "hello" as in "good-bye". Freudian? Prophetic? Babuji? Lalaji? Beings of light? Beings of darkness? ... of divisions? .... of errors?)
Also to be noted, is that the date on the scanned document is shown as 2002. (SRCM California-1997) was registered in 1997) This is a scan of a document, that was presented to the Supreme Court of India, and has the stamps of the court and the signatures of all the responsible officers of Chari's group on every page, but the stamp of registration from the State of California is not to be seen anywhere. (It could be a copy that was made from a form dated 2002, for the court case between Chari and Babuji's family ... but it is signed by Chari and his officers!
It could also be an "amended" Constitution, different from the one presented at the time of "re-registration" (1997) of the SRCM (California-1997) in California, USA)

Which court, individual or group will define: "improper and evil"? The cultural and religious lore abounds with justification of murder, war, and/or criminality as if it was ordered by God, a spirit, Nature, a conscious natural force, an entity, a deva, karma or some other law. And that is from the "good guys", the religious and their "SAINTS".
Now look at the definitions of the two words: SPIRITUALITY and SPIRITUALISM (the "bold font" are mine) . They (SRCM California-1997) use both words in one sentence, so they must know that there is a difference, and the choice of the word used must be intentional. The courts must be expected to think so, as this legal document must be written or checked by a lawyer or a para-legal.

That should be clear. If you don't understand it, have someone "impartial" read it for you and explain it.
Which "evil practices ... in the name of spirituality" are they talking about? Could it be similar or the same as the "spiritual techniques" used on Babuji, mentionned by Dr. S.P Srivastava, in his introduction to the Autobiography of Ram Chandra, published by SRCM (Shahjahanpur-1945).
Is this "field of spiritualists" (lol lol) also into using spells, conjuring and magic, as well as "spirits"?? Do you want to bring that spiritualism into your home (country), with your family, children or your friends and their children, as their target market, without telling them what games of SPIRITUALISM are being played? Do you know?
SRCM(California-1997) and Sahaj Marg(tm) seems to be a "spiritualist" organization with "standards of spiritualism", which the organization lives and acts by. According to section 11, they are "SPIRITUALISTS"!! Their standards are of "Spiritualism"!!
Are these "standards" written down anywhere? Has anyone read them? This is your LIFE, you can gamble with it. But there is also the lives of those you lure into this "spiritualist" group. Are you telling them the WHOLE TRUTH??
In other words, the anonymous French Lady Medium is their "high priest-ess" ... Only she knows her contacts (in her mind) and/or her "beings of light" (their names?) ... but then ... does she really know what she is doing?? She is not a "professional" according to Chari. That means that she is an amateur. Do you want to gamble your eternal "soul", or other's, on the rantings of an amateur and anonymous Medium. Will anyone ever really know??
Chari is allegedly supposed to interpret or decode these whispers of spirits from beyond the grave, but so far, he has simply published and sold them. As seen from this worldly plane, some of them are simply silly and don't make any sense. So much for REALITY!! Now anyone can surmise why there is so much "division" in this group!! When one plays silly games with fire, one can get burned. DANGER !! Red flag!! Play these silly games with your own lives, but not with the lives of others. Or the peasants could get "direct"!!

So on my own behalf and on that of my elders, I invite the attention of Br. Pandit Rameshwar Prasad to agree to take up this work in hand during your absence. May God give him courage and perseverance. That dear one will, perhaps, establish a condition of honor after casting off that small portion of boyhood, which is very negligible in him now, due to the demands of his age. God may help him. Brother Ram Chandra undoubtedly has ability and agility in this respect, but I am sorry that due to restrictions of his father, narrowness of heart and space, and intricacies of his home, my sagacity did not permit me for the time being to throw the responsibility on him. …”
There seems to be some "courting" of Lalaji's family going on. (see Dinesh's son, Himanshu Vikram's blog site: Laalaajinilayam). Dinesh's son, allegedly works (or worked) for HTC Global Services, SRCM's management services company. He does not reply to the "comments" on his blog, and he now claims to work for a "software company". Himanshu Vikram, Dinesh's son is a disciple of Chari.
Madhava Reddy, founder and President & CEO of HTC Global Services, is also a disciple of Chari and a trustee for Walsh College, Troy, Michigan.

Which "society" is being targeted here? Heads up!! I would protect all of Lalaji's Sufi organizations if I were a member ... No one writes this clause unless they expect to need it and to use it ...
Sahaj Marg(tm) is not SUFISM!! Nor is it Raja Yoga!!
The standards of SRCM(California-1997) seem to be "spiritualism"... so any NEW-AGE group can be amalgamated into this "modified" and "easy" path ... Once the Medium is the Master, NEW-AGE and Spiritualism will become UNITED!! ;-))

And they (the preceptors) boast of SRCM (California-1997) being a member of the UN DPI (Department of Public Information), and the obedient women (75%) in SRCM (California-1997), say nothing. Explain that betrayal, that "sell-out" to your daughters ... If women wouldn't do all the dirty work (targeting the children), religions would not survive ... Use your power for UNITY, EQUALITY and for GOOD, !! Insist on equal rights for the sake of your daughters!
I guess the "male god" of Sahaj Marg(tm), or "his" (no capitals) self-appointed representative, wants women in their place as "lures", as "breeders" and house-keepers, delivering the children with stories of fantasy about "spirits" and being of "service" to the men... and their dreams and desires of "conquering the world".
